According to Enterprise Strategy Group, 60% of businesses have made such a move. Decisions on workload location are influenced by four factors: cost, data sovereignty, security, and latency. Repatriation requires careful planning, and a hybrid approach is often the best solution for many organizations, blending on-premises and cloud based on specific needs.
